What format are the photos? |
|
All Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com photos are in JPG format with watermark of your choice to be imprint on the photos. Click here to see the watermark template design sample.
2 types of photos are available. The Standard and the Panoramic. The standard size photo is 800 by 600 pixel and the panoramic size photo is with height at least 300 pixel.

What is Branded & Unbranded photos? |

Branded photos comes with © Mondarlezo imprint and Unbranded photos do not.

How can I buy the photos? |
|
Actually, when you "buy" the photos, you are buying the license to use the photos. Like when you purchase a software, you don't actually owns it but was granted the license to use it. To "buy" the photos at Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com, you can sign up as a Free account member, add the photos you want to buy to the cart and checkout to make your payment. Do you add photos on a regular basis? |
|
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell? |
|
Yes. You just need to register as a photographer. For detail, see Photographer Signup

Do I have to pay each time I use the photos? |
|
The photos in Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com are royalty-free unless stated right managed. Therefore, after you purchased the license to use of the photo, you can use it in anywhere, anytime and as long as you like.

How long can I use the photos and where can I use them? |
|
There is no limit restriction on the duration and location to use the photos.
|

Can I resell the photos I purchased? |
|
No. The license to use does not grant that.

What is the best method to find a photo? |
|
The best method is your preferred method. Basically, there are 2 ways to find the photos you want.
1. Do a Search
2. Browse by Category
You can also click on the "keywords" shown in the photo detail page to see all the photos that are tagged with the keywords.
Another way is that you can sign up a free account here so that you can use the "Light Box" feature where you can just "Add" the photos you have seen into your "Light Box" and review all of them later.

Do I own the photos when I purchase or download them? |
|
Photos sold in Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com do not transfer ownership. When you purchase the photos, you are only granted the license to use the photos. For detail see licensing.

Do you offer refunds? |
|
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com photos that I purchase? |
|
Yes. While Mondarlezo i-Pictal.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
